Greetings fellow Patriots! Happy July 4th! The hubby and I had the pleasure of attending the Fireworks display at the Piscataway High school football stadium. It really was a nice show.
No, it's not the Macy's Fireworks, but certainly a good alternative since we were in no mood the brave the crowds in NYC. We arrived about 2 hours early in order to snag a good parking spot and just hung out on a couple of beach chairs until the show.
My three little monkeys are spending the weekend with their grandparents so it wasn't as enjoyable as it is when they are around to oooh and aaah...lol 
We decided that next year we will be going back to see the Piscataway display, and the kids will be in tow. Maybe we'll make a little picnic out of it. I hope everyone enjoyed their July 4th weekend as much as I did!
